Keith Wood

I was born in upstate New York in 1964, and became a Christian believer at the age of eleven, around the time my family moved to Florida. I attended several colleges and universities, including Moody Bible Institute, ultimately completing a BA in Christian Missions at Montreat College in North Carolina. Expecting to go into full time mission work, I was surprised when I was rerouted toward a career in Geology. I completed a Master's in Geology at Virginia Tech, in the process finding my wife, Patricia, and began work as an exploration and mining geologist soon after. I currently work in gold exploration for a major mining company in Nevada. Patricia and I have been involved in home- and church-based ministry for twenty years. I like to mentor men in my church and community, promote and participate in prayer, and work toward citywide unity and revival for my city of Elko, Nevada. I have also had opportunities to teach and consult with churches that want to move into doing things the Kingdom Way, and am still available for this.
