Shakespeare has always been for Mike Denomme a fascinating and absorbing pleasure, and it is with a sense of playfulness that he has approached the writing of this book. Although he is a longtime enthusiast of the Bard, his academic and professional interests have focused on the social services and psychology. Throughout his active and intriguing life, Mike has always been attuned to Shakespeare's power to bring virtually all of life's experiences into sharper focus. Now retired from his longstanding job as a social services administrator, and having sufficiently recovered from breathing in the rarefied vacation air of Bhutan and Nepal, he has taken time out from his busy life of napping, chuckling, and sipping red wine to present this humble offering for his readers' enjoyment.
