Rachel Ellison

Rachel Ellison is a former BBC broadcaster and international media for development-aid project director. She was awarded an MBE 'for the promotion of human rights and the self-empowerment of women in Afghanistan'. Her team won BBC Team of the Year. Rachel's background as a news reporter and now executive leadership coach has seen her work across 40 different nations, tribes and organisational cultures in Asia, Africa, the former Soviet Union, the Middle East and Europe. Rachel won the ISPSO Harold Bridger Memorial Prize in 2018 for originality and creativity in the application of psychoanalytic thinking. Her book reflects the leadership stories, dilemmas and pressures experienced by global executives working in retail, refugee camps, hospitals, race tracks or prisons. It calls for higher ethics and diversity in leadership for higher productivity, profit and joy in coming to work.
