Les Bailey

Les Bailey grew up in a small, rural town in southern Utah where he was free to develop just about any talent he put his mind too.  Growing up in such a scenic area instilled a deep love of nature and its beauty.  As an adult, his fascination with movies, mythology and ancient Egyptian culture all became key catalysts in his realization of becoming a writer.  But above all, it was his nightly dreams that helped form the books that are now introducing him to the world as a writer today.

 Les conceived of this novel as a stand-alone but soon realized that there was so much more to this story than one book could surmise.  He looks forward to the future and developing himself as a writer.  He has many works he has been writing and is excited to take the journey with each of them.

 Today he lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he currently works at a well-known hospital while writing in his free time.  His other passions include cooking, eating, gardening, drawing, fitness, recreation, DIY projects, fishing, snow skiing, water skiing, travel and being with loved ones - just to name a few!  In the near future, he hopes to add a companion to his life -- a tan, French bulldog that he will name Phinagen.
