Jeanette Wummel

Artist and graphic designer Jeanette Wummel is on a life-long journey to share her art and imaginative passion with the world. As a child Jeanette loved to paint, draw, color, or do anything that allowed her to express her creative side. With constant encouragement from her grandfather her skills blossomed. Today she lives her life surround by the arts. Jeanette is gifted in many styles and mediums both digital and physical. She enjoys experimentation and sees every blank space as an opportunity rather than a challenge.

As the artist of Roots of the Wild (The Roots of Design, 2015) she made her debut in the world of Adult Coloring Books as a self-published author and a featured artist in 2016 Color Lover's weekly coloring calendar (Creative Girlfriends Press, 2015). As well, she has had success with single print coloring pages, graphic designs, and art prints that she sells through her business; The Roots of Design. www.therootsofdesign.com

Jeanette fills her life by creating designs daily that often have a whimsical feel to them. She resides in the state of Michigan where she enjoys countless hours of filling her life with art and enjoying nature that often inspires her artwork.
