Joshua Torrey

Joshua Torrey is the sole proprietor of Torrey Gazette (don't tell his wife Alaina) and the fullness of its editorial process. That means everything wrong with TG can legitimately be blamed on him. Joshua graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. His day job is computer chip design with Advanced Micro Devices. He has convinced his employers that he knows what he is doing.

His night job is reading and writing. He has convinced himself he knows what he is doing. Now 30, Joshua is the husband of Alaina Torrey and the father of Kenzie, Judah, Olivia, and Cora.

Joshua provides a flurry of books reviews by publishers including Fortress Press, InterVarsity Press, Reformation Heritage Books, Zondervan, Kregel, and Crossway. He also writes about a variety of theological subjects. In the past, he has focused on Reformed Eschatology. But more recently he has focused on Ecclesiology through Christian discipleship and covenant upbringing. His work can be found at TorreyGazette.com and TheDailyGenevan.com
