Bill Mullen

Bill Mullen was born in England and holds an MFA from the Bluegrass Writers Studio. He now lives in Kentucky where he teaches literature and creative writing at Eastern Kentucky University. Red Nocturne is his first novel. His second novel, The Thing in the Wind, was released on April 5, 2024.
