David Brown Jr

David's mission is to share his story and be a catalyst for other's personal transformation. He believes that as individuals develop a deeper awareness of self, levels of compassion, acceptance and love begins to create shifts in perspective, leading to more positive individual and global outcomes. By living the eight universal principles from his book Letters for Lucia everyday, David desires to be a beacon for creating deep paradigm shifts in the hearts of those who are open to receiving his inspirational message.

Prior to being a thought leader in the consciousness evolution movement, David was a senior leader at several Fortune 500 companies. He has earned a degree in finance from University of Delaware, an Executive MBA from Villanova University and is a future doctoral student at Temple University where he plans to develop research on the effects of leadership transformation on organizational outcomes. His ultimate goal is to take the principles he experienced during his personal transformation and bring it back into corporate America to improve leadership effectiveness.

In his spare time, David enjoys listening to music and cooking.
