John Harriyott

I am a non-fiction author specializing in writing short self-help books that touch on a variety of subjects such as health, wellness and public speaking and other helpful topics. Hailing from Hove, a coastal town in southern England, I grew up in a happy, stable home with wonderful parents.

During my career in engineering, I was fortunate enough to quickly rise through the ranks to a top-level position. For the last twenty years, I have been the owner of Quality Solutions, a consultancy company where I have helped make quality improvements to many small businesses. Sounds very grand but in reality, I was just very lucky to be at the right place at the right time.

I am very well-travelled as my career, plus my main hobby has taken him to many different places around the world. This together with specialized training, personal experience, and insights gained while on my travels, has given me a vast store of knowledge.

I now hope to share this with you. With a seemingly natural skill for extracting relevant data from general knowledge and a passion for creating useful books, that are short and to the point, there is something for everyone in the body of my work.

When not working on my writing, I can be found amongst some quintessentially English hobbies of Morris Dancing, Campanology and flat green bowls.
