Nico Stanitzok

Nico Stanitzok (born 1972) is a chef with a dietary background, a passionate baker, a well-known food blogger and successful author of numerous bestsellers.

He believes that it's possible to cook delicious and diverse meals hat home as well as outdoors.

Nico has published several cookbooks with the German publishing house Graefe and Unzer - including cookbooks such as Low Carb-High Fat; Macarons or Sous-vide.

He also published the Campfire Cookbook with international publishing house Dorling Kindersley (DK).

He has a great sense for trends and creative kitchen solutions. He likes to post his colorful food photos on Instagram @nico.stanitzok.

The globetrotter lives with his wife Hataikan and child in the popular Thai city of Chiang Mai.
