Paul Aubin

Paul Aubin was given up for adoption by his birth parents when he was just five days old. His adopted family settled in Long Island, New York where Paul led a normal life in the 1960s and 1970s. He often wondered about the circumstances surrounding his adoption, but it wasn’t until a health scare in the early 1990s that his interest in finding his birth parents and identity truly peaked. Paul went on a journey for several years to uncover not only his family medical history but also all the unanswered questions to the why behind his adoption. He never expected to run into so many roadblocks, detours, potholes, and land mines that were in place to protect the identity of his birth parents and throw him off track.

This journey of faith and persistence changed Paul forever and gave him the answers to his past and the identity that he was seeking. He currently resides in Orange County, California where he is a pastor at a local church. He has heard God’s calling to transition from a life focused on worldly success to a life of significance that will create a legacy of serving others. He and his beautiful wife, Margaret have a blended family that includes seven children and five grandchildren.
