AVIK RAY

Avik Ray is an entrepreneur and co-author of the book Olly's Kitchen: Volume One. Avik was born and raised in the United Kingdom and has lived in Switzerland, the US and Colombia.

In 2015, he co-wrote his first book, Olly's Kitchen, with his father ALOK KUMAR RAY. Their vision is to make Indian Cooking accessible throughout the world to all levels of society by producing Indian recipes in an easy to follow format.
