Reggie Garcia

Reggie Garcia, Esq. is an AV Preeminent®-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, having achieved the rating agency's highest marks for both competency and ethics. He is also an experienced state government lobbyist. He has authored "How to Leave Prison Early, Florida Clemency, Parole and Work Release" and "Second Chances - Florida Pardons, Restoration of Civil Rights, Gun Rights and More."

Described by the media as an "expert in clemency and parole cases," he has visited 30 state prisons. He is a frequent public speaker and has appeared on national network and cable TV news programs, and on Florida broadcast affiliate TV stations. He has been interviewed on the radio and published articles in legal magazines and newspapers.

Reggie graduated in 1982 from the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications. In 1985, he graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he was the president of the leadership honorary society Florida Blue Key and a member of the UF Hall of Fame.

A Tampa native, he resides in Tallahassee, Florida.
