William C. Oelfke

William Oelfke lives in Central Florida and holds degrees from Stanford University and Duke University. He has had a long career as a professor of Physics and Astronomy, teaching at the University of Central Florida and Valencia College where each semester he dramatized the adventure of science by appearing in his classroom as Indiana Jones. After writing down for his grandchildren the many stories he had learned about his father's mischievous boyhood, he fell in love with story-telling and the charm of the written word. His first mystery/thriller novel, "Three", introduced Oliver and Maxine as reluctant warriors working together to stop an attack against world scientific labs. In his second novel, "Reunion" Maxine inherits a deadly curse attached to an old family Bible and finds herself pursued and kidnapped by a mysterious Russian.
