Dr. Kristina Galvez is a seasoned Supply Chain Leader, Six Sigma Black Belt, and author with over 25 years of experience in operations, systems implementation, and cross-functional team development across the U.S. and Mexico. Her work centers on building resilient, human-centered systems and exploring how emerging technologies—especially AI—intersect with empathy, ethics, and organizational design.

Her debut book, Teaching the Machine to Care, investigates how emotional intelligence and ethical decision-making can be embedded into the technologies shaping our workplaces and lives. Her upcoming book expands this vision into the world of supply chain strategy, asking how we can design systems that are not only efficient, but also responsible and reflective of our best human values.

Kristina’s background in information technology and coaching fuels her passion for bridging the gap between technology and humanity. She brings a unique blend of evidence-based coaching, deep operational expertise, Lean Six Sigma methodology, and process improvement to her writing.

As a certified life coach, Kristina specializes in grief and self-care, helping individuals reconstruct their personal narratives and discover meaning through what she calls the “painting of life”—a metaphorical framework for finding purpose and resilience.
