Andy Grossman

Andy was born in Northern Minnesota but moved to Montana at a young age. Hungry Horse, Whitefish, Colombia Fall, and Neihart were some of the places he called home in Montana. In Minnesota home was (and is) a little town called Wirt, formally known as “Rattlesnake” because it was so wild. His grandfather was constable during some of those wild years.

Grossman has been a logger, iron mine worker, insurance investigator, Minuteman Missile Weapons System Mechanic, Correctional Officer and Pastor. He joined the U.S. Army in the Viet Nam era and was a Military Policeman and dog handler in Korea. He achieved the rank of Sergeant.

Grossman spent time as a youth in the ghost towns of Montana and later spent 13 years living in Nevada where he was able to visit all the old ghost towns there and later when he moved to California he was able to investigate some of the ghost town there.
