The-Book "Solution Focused Mentoring 5 Steps to bring out the best in your Mentee and yourself." + developing a training course "Creating Energizing Communication with Troubled Youth" has been the start of my mission.

My mission: Make at least 500.000 people aware of the difference they are able to make in the lives of any troubled child - teenager - adolescent - young adults. Show those people how to be wise, uplifting, original communicators.

My vision: Mind opening moments created by uplifting words, actions and smiles can shine bright lights on possibilities and opportunities!

I loved writing a book about helping others achieving their goals by using energizing communication. I enjoyed developing a training course and enjoy it even more while conducting it!

I loved translating a wonderful book about how change can be made easier. Useful for just about everyone! I enjoyed translating the 'school book' and adding valuable stuff from my years of teaching experience to it for a Dutch publisher.

I'm dreaming of describing my "HELP! approach" in a very clear way so everyone who cares about 'young and old' children know how to communicate with them in a wise, uplifting and original way.

Growing up with six brothers, two sisters, 13 cats (which became all "Ella's cats" from the day I started to feed them) and parents who worked hard on their cattle farm in The Netherlands, I've experienced a lot of humor combined with a very focused and hard working attitude.

I hope my determination and humor inspires others.
