Jacques McNeil is a dynamic author, speaker, pastor and thought leader who encourages and inspires women to seek and walk in their purpose.

She is the author of Life Happens, 30 Strategies for Triumphant Living, a devotional handbook which challenges readers to understand that while life will

not be perfect, one can live a triumphant, Christ-centered life by applying biblical principles.

Jacques is the founder of Empowered by the Word, Memorizing Scripture with Jacques McNeil, a podcast that provides an educative bible study, scriptural meditation, and memorization of the Word, equipping individuals with tools to increase their faith and strengthen their walk with God.

Jacques is passionate about teaching the Word of God, and she serves alongside her husband of 31 years, Bishop David A. McNeil at Transforming Lives Ministries.

Jacques and David are the proud parents of daughter, Micaela, and they reside in Los Angeles, CA.
