My Wife, and a boss at the Truck Driving School where I was an instructor repeatedly asked me when I was going to finnish my book. My book follows my life as a Truck Driver, and contains many incidents that happened to me over the years. Some of these incidents came close to ending my life, but most are informative and humorous. I have operated every type of commencial vehicle in this Country, and transported most of the commodities our society uses. This book is a piece of Americana no one really knows about,or understands. One of the reasons I wrote it is to have the American Public realize trucks are the life of this Nation.
I have told friends, I had my tonsils removed in a Japanes prisoner of war camp during WWII. (It was a Japanese American detention camp near Lone Pine, California. I was 4 years old.)
