Malcolm Allen

Malcolm Allen was born in 1937, raised in Aldershot, went to Sandhurst and enjoyed a varied military career which took him to many countries. Along the way he married Jill but ten years, nine moves and two daughters later he resigned his commission for a second career in industry. Later, he took early retirement to run the Hertfordshire County Show. Malcolm lives with his wife in Berkhamsted not too close to their five grandchildren. He enjoys golf, hates gardening and fires off letters to newspapers.
