Growing up in a family of chemists, my passion for problem-solving fueled my interests, education and life’s work in food and environmental science and technology. Seeking new challenges, I pioneered the field of “Food Waste Recovery” with the ultimate goal of inspiring other like-minded professionals and contributing to a more sustainable future. My work style is primarily creative and collaborative. I enjoy researching, editing, and lecturing, while providing leading-edge advising and consulting services to industry, agencies and organizations worldwide.
