Alan W. Lehmann

Alan W. Lehmann is a retired English teacher (after 31 years), piano tuner (and teacher), author and freelance writer. He has lived in northern British Columbia for 36 years. He has a master's degree in curriculum development and is an associate of the Piano Technicians' Guild.

HAMLET the NOVEL was his first effort at serious fiction, a book Kirkus Reviews judged "a well-crafted adaptation that offers readers richly developed, relatable characters." He is currently working on his second novel, a historical tale constructed around the Spanish invasion of 16th century Peru.

He and his wife of 32 years share interests in friends and family, travel, photography, gardening and the outdoors, and food and wine.
