JANUARY 2019: RESILIENCE AT WORK IS SHORTLISTED FOR BEST INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS BOOK AT THE BUSINESS BOOK AWARDS (UK).

JULY 2019: RESILIENCE AT WORK IS A NAMED FINALIST FOR THE AUSTRALIAN CAREER BOOK AWARDS (AUSTRALIA).

Hello, it's lovely to see you here and thank you so much for stopping by.

I am a full time professional coach living in New Zealand...and I'm determined to do what I can to ensure that everybody who reads my books can easily coach themselves to confidence, success and resilience at work. This means you get to enjoy work more (wouldn't that be awesome?); whether you're a leader or a member of a team.

I don't believe any of us should have to wait for permission to enjoy being in the place that we spend much of our life; our job... and all my books are aimed at achieving this. So instead of hoping that your boss will ask you about what helps you thrive and makes you fulfilled...just use my books to make it happen yourself!

Resilience at Work is a result of our enormous journey in Christchurch, New Zealand since 2010. During this time, we experienced several significant earthquakes which resulted in huge changes to the world in which we live and work. The organizations I worked with used this experience to learn from some of the leading global experts in deliberately designing resilience at work, and my book is a legacy from those lessons.

Designed to support anybody wanting to be more resilient in their approach to work, along with business leaders and HR teams who want to build self-managed resilience in their team.

Launched in August 2018 it's already on Book Authority's "Best New Books about Resilience" list along with a place on Upskilled as a "Best Book to Boost Your Career". So far it's getting five star reviews on Amazon...and I'm delighted it's making a real difference.

My other book; Essential Questions to GROW Your Team is for everybody who wants to have more meaningful conversations at work, whether in a formal leadership role or not.

I wrote it as a companion resource for my coaching workshops and have been blown away by how popular it has become...even receiving a five star review from the inventor of the GROW model...and it's recommended reading at several business schools, which makes me super proud.

The workbook brings to life the many conversations that leaders have at work, and places them into a coaching context in a collection of questions. Though managers were my original audience - I've learned from reviewers that anybody can use the book to create their own workplace success.

Which is exactly why I write, so I'm totally delighted.
