Jason Brenizer

Once, I was a scientist. I don't mean in a movie or a play, but once, long ago, I was a fully-fledged science-guy scientist. Then one day, while I was in the middle of carbon dating the Shroud of Turin -- or was it designing processors for Apple? -- like I said, it's been some time -- I decided to start fresh and become an actor. Big 180!

I cut my teeth on a string of low-budget film projects before I found myself living in Europe in the mid 2000's. After graduating from a film program in Prague, I somehow ended up in Singapore, where I started working professionally both in front and behind the camera. Producing, directing, and writing screenplays.

Fast forward a few years. I'm back in my hometown of Austin, Texas, concentrating on writing technothrillers (The CUBIK Conspiracy Series), podcasting, and narrating audiobooks.

Just don't ask me to play a scientist. Well, maybe a mad scientist.
