Fergus Mellon

Fergus Mellon is an experienced manager and Digital Media executive who has worked in a variety of businesses in the United States and Europe.

He started the Early Stage Professional project, initally as he wanted to help members of his team be successful at work. Based on the success of this, he then wrote Early Stage Professional: starting off right, set up the website EarlyStageProfessional.com, speaks at Colleges and runs training programs. All with the goal of helping Early Stage Professionals be effective in the workplace.
