Jay Gibson has spent the better part of the last 20 years being a total computer geek. During that time he has been employed in various IT and technical support roles, specifically spending the last decade working for IT companies and as an independent IT and desktop support consultant. He has worked with small clients and large, helping to run IT for companies managing billions of dollars and companies just getting off the ground.
