Brian Gryn is a wellness coach, podcast host, author, human movement specialist, and personal trainer.
Upon graduating from Indiana University in 2002, I was in corporate finance for about 5 years. I realized that my true passion was in coaching health and wellness. (and golf😊).
I then decided to follow my passion and have been working in the health industry for almost twenty years now coaching middle- aged men on how to build strength and healthy habits they can use the rest of their lives.
Through my Integrative Institute of Nutrition and, Precision Nutrition and Primal Health education, I have never believed in diets, counting calories, or quick fixes. Instead, I have used my own experiences along with my client’s’ work to look at every aspect of an individual’s lifestyle – stress, activity, sleep, nutrition, and meal timing.
My goal is to find what works for the individual and build a foundation that is sustainable. It never gets any easier as you age, and that is why having a coach is that much more important! I look forward to guiding you on your health journey and, most importantly, getting you results!
