Allana Tang

Allana Tang is a retired educator, who has worked in that field since 1973. She taught in her home country of Trinidad and Tobago until 1988, before moving to the United States. In Texas, she, again, pursued her career in education. In 2014, she retired from the field of education, and moved on to a new calling – writing and sharing her wisdom with others. She published her first book, "Uncommon Journeys, Common Destination" in September 2015. She credits her ponderings, musings, and questioning to her keen observations about the world around her. This perspective is evident in her writing. Allana currently reside in Houston.
