Amy Bickers

Former newspaper reporter and magazine editor Amy Bickers was born and raised in Louisiana. From 2003 to 2010, Amy worked at Southern Living, one of the country’s most popular lifestyle magazines, where she was the editor of six Southern Living Special Editions.

Her work has also appeared in HGTV Magazine and Coastal Living. Several of her essays are featured in Southern Living Heirloom Recipe Cookbook and Southern Living Comfort Food.

The publication of Amy's debut memoir The Geography of You and Me: A Memoir was funded through an incredibly successful Kickstarter campaign. She blogs at www.vodkacranberryclooney.com and lives in Birmingham, Alabama.
