Neil Robinson

Neil is a retired English lecturer from a University in the north of England, having previously been a primary school headteacher for many years. His academic writing has principally been concerned with the influence of Christianity on works of literature and he published the decidedly non-academic and contentious 'Why Christians Don't Do What Jesus Tells Them To ...And What They Believe Instead' in 2012. That book prompted his blog, RejectingJesus.com, which in turn led to three collections of adapted but still scurrilous blog posts: 'Rejecting Jesus' (2015), 'Jesus Exposed' (2018) and 'Faith Exposed' (2018).

His collections of short stories, 'Shaggy Dog Stories and Other Tall Tails' (2018), 'Is There Anybody There?' (2015) and 'Short & Curly' (2013), all produced while taking a leading role in a writers' group, are also available through Amazon.
