Jean Findlay

Jean Findlay is the author of Chasing Lost Time - The Life of C. K. Scott-Moncrieff, Soldier, Spy and Translator published in 2014 by Chatto & Windus, London 2014, by Vintage paperback 2015 and by FSG, New York 2015. She has a lifetime's experience in literature as a playwright, journalist, author and - for the last twelve years - as an independent publisher. Her first book was shortlisted for a Lambda Award in New York and second book longlisted for the HWA Debut Crown. She has spoken at book festivals and institutions worldwide including The Edinburgh International Book Festival, Jaipur Literary Festival, New York University Graduate Centre, Centre for Fiction New York and the Boston Atheneum .
