Amy Proud

Amy grew up in a shoe-making, beer-brewing town in England with her mum, dad, two sisters and many, many pets. She went to Loughborough University and studied Fine Art, but after graduating and working in a primary school, rekindled a love for picture books.

'Izzy and the very bad burglar' is her first publication and she is represented by Plum Pudding Illustration agency.

Other illustrated publications include 'I want a friend' 'Fishing Boots' and 'BUG' which will be published by Sterling in the Spring.
