J. Rickley Dumm

J. Rickley Dumm is a native Californian listing his hometown as Sacramento. He attended and graduated from The University of Oregon in 1964 where he became a member of the brotherhood of Sigma Chi fraternity where he met and was the roommate of the late author and television icon, Stephen J. Cannell, and is a Life Loyal Sig. He is a former television producer and writer of such shows as IT TAKES A THIEF, ADAM-12, BAA BAA BLACKSHEEP, ROCKFORD FILES, MAGNUM, p.i., RIPTIDE, STINGRAY, RENEGADE and SILK STALKINGS. He is a member of the Writers Guild of America and the Screen Actors Guild. He has four children and six grandchildren and currently resides in Southern California.
