Ralph Stoney Bates Sr.

Ralph Stoney Bates Sr. is a retired Marine and author of two books and a co-author of another. He is currently on Guam writing a third book. The current book is about the abandonment of an entire society of Americans on the island of Guam to the Japanese military invaders. They are beaten, starved, murdered, and isolated for 31 months of horror. Yet America paid repatriations to numerous victims of injustice, but not the Chamorro of Guam. And America has never repented, nor have the Guamanian forgotten.

This new publication is an indictment of the American government who relishes illegal entry into the United States to make new citizens of them, while at the same time, rebuffs citizenship for the most brutalized society of Americans, ever in the history of the United States.
