Brad Carlson teaches you the skills to thrive under pressure. He teaches you how to train your mind to get the best from yourself in every situation. Known as an effective mindset and peak performance coach, he has trained with some of the world’s best including US Navy Seal Commander Mark Divine, Tony Robbins and Aikido Master Gene Magin to develop his own MINDSTRONG mindset and peak performance training program.

Brad excels in getting people to be better in every situation. As a soccer, track and cross-country coach, he has guided youth and adults in the MINDSTRONG principles to reach their full potential. He will teach you how to replace fear with courage. He teaches you how to replace self-doubt with self-belief, and how to have the confidence to consistently go beyond your comfort zone. He can help you not only excel but to thrive in every situation.

Brad has applied his MINDSTRONG training to dramatically reprogram his own mind and achieve peak performance. By applying the MINDSTRONG Principles to his own life, Brad has earned black belts in the martial arts of Aikido and Iaido (Japanese swordsmanship). He also became a triathlete, distance runner, cross-fitter, and obstacle course/mud-runner.

Before developing MINDSTRONG, Brad earned a BS Degree in Biology/Chemistry and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science.
