Clyde Eisenbeis is an Electronic Design Engineer. He feels fortunate to have had the opportunity to work on interesting projects.
A native of western North Dakota, he graduated from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks in 1971. He started his career on radar systems for the U.S. Navy at Texas Instruments in Dallas, Texas.
He worked at 3M in St. Paul, Minnesota. The projects included digital magnetic recording, anti-shoplifting systems, and cochlear implants.
Fisher / Emerson Process in Marshalltown, Iowa, was his most recent company. The projects included industrial controls of valve positioners (pneumatic control and electric control) and wireless monitors (powered by two D-cell batteries with a life of 5 to10 years).
