Darryl O'Keeffe

DARRYL O'KEEFFE is a much travelled and practically minded spiritual teacher and healer, with a down to earth approach and a ready sense of humour. He has taught Kundalini Yoga since the 1980’s. Darryl originally trained as an English and Drama Teacher at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London teaching a variety of ages and abilities creatively across the conventional subject spectrum. An emerging awareness of subtle energy led to a more spiritual path, firstly promoting spiritual healing, with the NFSH (now The Healing Trust), and subsequently training healers and yoga teachers. Darryl facilitated SAcred Tours (with Judy Fraser) to a variety of countries, is author (with Guru Dharam Singh) of The Kundalini Yoga Experience - now a Gaia Classic with worldwide sales surpassing 100,000. Today Darryl directs i-SKY.net (the international School of Kundalini Yoga) which has grown out of one of the first international training programs authorised by Yogi Bhajan. Darryl is recognised as a leading exponent of Kundalini Yoga; he is a Senior Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals, a Mentoring Lead Teacher Trainer in the Aquarian Trainer Academy created by The Kundalini Research Institute (U.S.A.) and was a founder member of the 3HO IKYTA Global Teachers Council. He lives in the UK with his Russian wife Elena and their two boys.
