Once upon a time there was a little girl named Emma-Joel Coker, who amongst all the madness and chaos of her childhood found an amazing sense of freedom in reading her favourite books. Emma-Joel's dream was to one day become a famous author and pen her own fiction novel based upon her extraordinary upbringing.

That dream has now taken flight. To date, I have spent 30 years working with individuals across the globe to attract and coach talented sales people. I have a holistic approach to enabling and effecting change in my work and that drives me to work in a mind, body and spirited way; creating positive impact in sales professionals’ everyday working lives. I spend my days leading and coaching Global Sales Effectiveness and Enablement programmes with Sales Leaders who are passionate and who drive individuals to achieve personal and professional goals.

I have a first class degree in life and a passion for excellence when it comes to seeing my clients find their wings and soar to the heights they set themselves. Life is too short to not live it in a passionate and compelling fashion because even though a storm may arise there will ultimately be a rainbow.
