Heather Alesch

Dr. Heather Alesch is a licensed clinical and credentialed school psychologist in private practice in San Diego, California. She has over 10 years of experience serving children and adolescents in community based programs, schools, group homes, alcohol and drug treatment, hospitals, and juvenile detention settings. She uses an integrative approach to therapy with an emphasis on building a strong rapport with her clients. Positivity, laughter, music, and creativity are essential elements of her practice. She enjoys helping youth to identify their strengths while expressing difficulties through modalities that fit their abilities and preferences. She utilizes play therapy and the expressive arts.
