Kathryn P. Haydon

Kathryn P. Haydon, MSc, is a thinking strategist and speaker who helps individuals and teams turn problems into possibilities and become irreplaceable in the age of AI. She is the author of six books, including her latest collection of poetry, Unsalted Blue Sunrise, and The Non-Obvious Guide to Being More Creative, No Matter Where You Work. The founder of Sparkitivity, Kathryn earned her BA at Northwestern University, and her MSc in creativity and change leadership at the State University of New York.
