Stuart Joy

Stuart Joy is the course leader of BA (Hons) Film and Television at Solent University, UK. He is the author of The Traumatic Screen: The Films of Christopher Nolan (2020) and the co-editor of The Cinema of Christopher Nolan: Imagining the Impossible (2015), Through the Black Mirror: Deconstructing the Side Effects of the Digital Age (2019) and Contemporary American Science Fiction Cinema (2022). He has also published journal articles on Breaking Bad, the Paranormal Activity franchise, and Line of Duty.
