Carla M. Wilson has been called a "post-modern appropriationist" and a "very talented author." She holds a B.A in Communications and an MFA in Creative Writing with emphasis in fiction. Her most recent art and writing can be found in various journals, including TALKING WRITING, FICTION INTERNATIONAL, POETRY INTERNATIONAL, BLACK SCAT REVIEW, and SLEIPNIR. Her first volume, "Impossible Conversations," is a series of homages to artists, writers, and filmmakers, while her second volume, "Curious Impossibilities: Ten Cinematic Riffs," a series of fictitious dialogues and responses focuses on films and film-making in a post-modern, experimental style.
