Angie Macri

Angie Macri was born and raised in southern Illinois and received her MFA from the University of Arkansas. An Arkansas Arts Council fellow, she lives in Hot Springs.

She is the author of Sunset Cue (Bordighera, 2022), winner of the Lauria/Frasca Poetry Prize; Underwater Panther (SEMO, 2015), winner of the Cowles Poetry Book Prize; and Fear Nothing of the Future or the Past (Finishing Line, 2014).

Her poems have appeared in Best New Poets, Prairie Schooner, The Southern Review, and many other journals.
