Monica Doke

Monica Doke is an Ozark girl, born and raised in Northwest Arkansas. She started writing the summer after eighth grade when reading books just wasn't enough anymore. She wanted to tell her own stories.

These days, she writes the kind of fantasy she'd love to read. When she's not dreaming up new worlds, you'll usually find her reading, working with children, or trying a new recipe that may or may not become a family favorite. She shares her home with three fur children, two scale children, and one husband who keeps life interesting.
