Alexander Pepper

Alexander (Sandy) Pepper is a Professor of Management Practice in the Department of Management at the London School of Economics and Political. He has been teaching and researching at the LSE on a full time basis since September 2008. Sandy previously had a long career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he held various senior management roles, including as global leader of PwC’s Human Resource Services practice from 2002-2006. A chartered accountant by profession, Sandy’s research and teaching interests include human resource management and labour market issues (especially senior executive pay and top management team performance), organisations and management theory, behavioural and new institutional economics, and the relationship between management theory and practice.
