Lisa Monoson

Lisa’s entrepreneurial spirit has been a part of her from a young age. She is a wife, a mother to three sons, and resides in Jacksonville, Florida. Joining Avon in 2000, Lisa never expected it would become a full-time career. Living with anxiety and panic disorder, a son with Asperger’s, and other health conditions, Lisa has proven that you can conquer, adapt and overcome.

Lisa achieved PC-Rose Circle in sales, Beauty Advisor, Anew® Skincare specialist, and was honored to receive the Spirit of Avon Award in 2009. She has an office full of trophies for being in the top three in her district and division. Lisa earned the title of Southeast Regional Makeup Maven in 2013. She is Elite Certified with DSWA and was featured in Avon Maven Videos, Representative Times, What’s New, and Avon Insider. In 2014, she made the cover of both Distributor Magazines: Careers and Disabled.
