I live in Kitchener, ON, CA, with my lover and best friend, Bill. As an Empowerment Life Coach, my passion is helping women take a stand for being their best self. It's a gift to my spirit, every time I see a woman step into her own worth. As a ForeverGreen / FGXpress Leader, I help people find all-natural product for health, wellness and weight loss.

But I adore writing. There's nothing like that itch in my thoughts of a great story and using my own planning process to allow it to unravel. It's an exploration of the mind--feeling the characters breathe through me as they share their story while I devise obstacles for them to overcome.
