Edwin P. MacNicoll Jr.

Edwin P MacNicoll, Je was born in Washington Crossing, NJ. One of nine children. Joined the US Marines during the Korean Conflict. Always wanted to write lyrics for songs. But married and raised six children. Was a Realtor and owner of Centry21 MacNicoll Agency and at the sake became a member of the Veteran's Administration Appraisal Fee panel. Opened the Appraisal Exchange, Inc in 1965.

Was a certified appraisal educational Instructor, An recognized expert in Historic Properties. The was elected as National President of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, one of the country's largest Appraisal Organizations.
