Leora Bach

Leora Bach was born in Cape Town, South Africa. She attended the University of Cape Town, graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, majoring in Finance and Accounting. She later moved to Johannesburg and graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting Science Honors Degree from UNISA.

After working in the Professional Services Industry for several years, Leora moved to Commerce and Industry and worked as a Senior Professional for one of the biggest Executive Search Firms in the country. Thereafter she left and started her own Executive Search firm, which served most of the large listed companies, finance houses and mining conglomerates.

Leora later immigrated to North America, where she first worked as a Senior Manager for Deloitte, in Vancouver, Canada, prior to starting her own Company; Bach Associates Consulting Inc. She subsequently immigrated to the United States, expanding the firm's reach. She is a CPA (California) and the CEO of Bach Associates Consulting Inc.

Leora has interviewed over more than 20,000 Senior Professionals and Executive Candidates, for companies all over the world. She brings a uniquely business perspective to each Executive Search Assignment, as she realizes that no two solutions are the same. Each Client's needs are unique and so a proprietary solution is crafted for each client company; looking to hire superior talent.

In the same way, every Candidate interviewed is treated as "special" with specific needs and challenges; so time is given to focus on where their best organizational fit would be, their particular strengths and what they each have to offer a prospective employer.

It is Leora's desire that every Candidate and Job Seeker deserves to thrive in an ideal position rather than survive in the wrong one.
