John Dumas

John Paul Dumas Sr. is the Author of the Future Fate Chronicles Series.

He is also a professional motivational speaker promoting his self-growth series ChalkTalk101-Visualize Victory in your life! John specializes in providing CEOs and individuals the tools needed to generate and create success in their professional and personal lives. Additionally, with almost 10 years of high-level, high-volume recruiting experience from Regional to Corporate positions, he is much sought out as a consultant on some of the toughest recruiting assignments through his company, Monday Morning Warrior Recruiting Group.

Dumas has had a diverse career from being in sales to his position as a Marketing Director for the US Air Force in a civilian capacity. In his role as a marketer for the Air Force he built and sustained several award-winning programs that won the highest awards for any Services Squadron, the prestigious LeMay and Hennessey trophies. In his present position, through effective team building and solid business practices, he has sustained and outperformed all recruiting efforts he has taken on. Dumas’ goal is grow his loyal readership base, continue to provide world-class Recruiting services and build his coaching business through proven business practices and helping others to fulfill their full potential.

Dumas is what you would call a true renaissance man, who has authored several books on inspiration besides ChalkTalk101. A Man for All Seasons tells a tale of the ideal man for any woman and Notes in the Key of Love is a compilation of morning love notes to his wife over a 2-year period of time. Additionally he has penned a children’s hard-cover book titled The Gum Tree and a Success series on effective goal setting and reaching your full-potential titled Foundations. Fulfilling a life-long dream of writing a sci-fi novel, Future Fate was born over 8 years ago. Now being published, he has his sights set on the next installment in the Future Fate Chronicles Series-Red Ball.
